- Handling end-to-end recruitment
- Should know Emails handling, Recruitment, screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management, Attendance etc. .
- The employee on boarding, induction, training, performance management, Full & Final Settlement etc
- Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation etc
- Preparation of Payroll & Statutory Compliance - ESI, PF, P.TAX, LWF etc.
