Ordered with elite car care £75+ so got free courier on Monday night and received items Wednesday Same night ordered with autobrite but paid for courier Decided to email them when I received my elite car care items Still no answer to email on order or actual items, doubt I'll receive before weekend now Elite car care another quick turnaround

I ordered a few bits which were delivered yesterday, unfortunately one of the items was picked incorrectly, which, when looking at the packaging, I could see it was an easy mistake to make. I filled out the contact form on the website at around 17:30 last night explaining the issue. Fast forward to 10am today and I get an email from Alexandra with a full resolution, which was followed up by a phone call after lunch to double check the postal address. If that's not proper customer service then I don't know what is! Superb service.

Perfect service again! Basically at the point where I'd rather compromise and order an equivalent product stocked by Elite than order elsewhere. Although in fairness they have had pretty much everything I've needed/wanted. Placed my order about 2.15pm yesterday and arrived at 3.10pm today by my regular superstar DPD driver! Looking forward to trying the ONR Wash & Wax and the and Gtechniq C4. The dispenser bottles are quite handy size too!

Eagerly I tried the foam lance tonight when I got home from work and was extremely impressed. To see brown gunk coming off with the chemicals I was amazed! I heard about Elite when talking about paint protection options with other Tesla owners. Alex took my Model S in just after it was delivered and applied Cquartz sealants to all exterior and interior surfaces, he also fitted Alloygators to protect the rims. The car looked noticeably better than it had during handover, and after 3 months I am still getting a freshly polished "mirror" look after a quick wash - water just falls off it. Other Model S owners are queueing up for the same treatment. I then had some bodywork and alloy wheel repairs as well as a full corrective detail done on an unusual BMW X3 based Alpina SUV, with amazing results. The paint matching on the repairs was flawless, Alex devised a combination of machine polishing and sealant treatments to bring out the best from the very dark paintwork and its rock hard clearcoat. The hydrophobic effect is even more pronounced with this vehicle - a shower of rain does a very decent job of cleaning it. Finally, Alex and his team took my beloved Mercedes SL63 AMG. This car is another example of hard German clearcoat over dark blue Tanzanite metallic paint, with intricate chrome decals and a chrome quad tailpipe exhaust recessed into a body coloured bumper. A real challenge to get the better-than-new finish, and the outcome is superb. The car has gone from impressive to jaw-dropping. Whatever you're driving, Elite will transform it. All done with a friendly, can-do approach. I'll be a customer for as long as I'm driving cars that I care about.

The last couple of years many detailing products have become available on the Belgian market, but I always keep coming back to Elite Car Care since I can find almost everything I want / need with one supplier. International shipping costs are OK, but best is to use the pricing to your advantage so that it's worth buying abroad. Highly recommended! Five Stars!

My first order from Elite and by saying the service was exceptional just doesn't go far enough. Within hours of ordering I had a text and email from both Elite and the courier stating my order had been dispatched and provided a tracking number. This was helped I think by the courier DPD being very customer focused and the tracking system they use is top drawer. The parcel arrives pretty much when they say it will, within a one hour window! Im now finding hard to find any reason why I shouldn't just order everything from Elite!

Ordered over £100 worth of stuff yesterday, and arrived here on my door step this morning. By comparison, I ordered £100 of stuff from Clean your Car yesterday as well,.,and the order is still processing. I think this is my 3rd order from Elite now, and each and every time I receive the goods the next day. 'Clean your car' used to be my favourite, but they take a lot longer to despatch goods, and you have to spend £ 100 for free delivery. Elite car care is the best by a country mile!!
