• Revenue Cycle Management – End to End claims processing
• Manage assigned receivables portfolio by ensuring outstanding/denied claims are resolved.
• Review, analyze & call Insurance Organizations on outstanding insurance claims and have them resolved in order to get our clients paid
• Work with the insurance carriers on behalf of our clients, represent them and resolve the claims within the timelines and defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging bucket
• Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards
